Rediscover Ease, Freedom, and Confidence in Your Voice

You are not broken, and your voice is not something that needs to be forced or fixed. Recovery can become an opportunity to discover greater ease, freedom, and expression.

Voice difficulties can be deeply unsettling. Whether you are experiencing vocal fatigue, recovering from an injury, or struggling with tension and loss of confidence, it is easy to feel disconnected from a voice that once felt natural and effortless.

At Vocal Serenity, voice rehabilitation is approached with patience, curiosity, and respect for the body’s innate ability to reorganize and adapt. Through the Lichtenberger® Method, we explore the acoustic and sensory aspects of the voice, allowing healthier vocal function to emerge without force or excessive effort.

Support for Singers and Professional Voice Users

Voice training may be beneficial for individuals experiencing:

● Vocal fatigue or strain
● Loss of range or flexibility
● Recovery after vocal injury or surgery
● Vocal nodules or polyps
● Muscle tension dysphonia
● Speaking voice fatigue
● Fear of singing after a period of vocal difficulty
● Excessive effort while speaking or singing
● Changes in the voice associated with aging or hormonal transitions

Lessons are designed for singers, actors, teachers, speakers, and anyone who relies on the voice professionally or personally.

An Approach Based on Listening Rather Than Control

The Lichtenberger® Method is an internationally recognized approach to voice training that emerged from decades of interdisciplinary research combining acoustics, physiology, and artistic practice.

Rather than manipulating individual muscles or relying on force, this approach cultivates awareness, resonance, and sensory feedback. As listening becomes more refined, the body often finds more efficient and sustainable patterns of coordination.

The goal is not to “fix” the voice, but to create the conditions in which healthy vocal function can re-emerge naturally.

A Collaborative Approach

Voice training is not a substitute for medical care. Students experiencing persistent hoarseness or other vocal symptoms should seek evaluation from an ENT physician or voice specialist.

Many students come to Vocal Serenity in collaboration with laryngologists, speech-language pathologists, and voice clinics. Voice lessons can complement medical treatment and speech therapy by supporting the gradual reintegration of singing and speaking with greater ease and confidence.

A Space for Recovery and Expression

Recovery is rarely about returning to the voice you once had. Often, it becomes an opportunity to discover a voice that is more resilient, expressive, and free.

Whether you are rebuilding after vocal difficulties or simply seeking a healthier relationship with your voice, you are welcome exactly as you are.

Begin Where You Are

Every voice has its own history and its own path toward greater freedom. Whether you are recovering from a vocal difficulty or simply looking for a healthier and more effortless way of singing, I would be honored to accompany you on that journey.
