The Human Voices

A Lichtenberger® Method workshop at Fou Gallery

What might you discover when you give yourself time to listen to your voice?

Join me at Fou Gallery for an evening of exploration through sound, vibration, and sensory awareness. Drawing on the Lichtenberger® Method, I’ll guide you in listening to your voice with curiosity and noticing the possibilities that emerge.

The gallery offers a space to pause, explore, and encounter your sound in a new way.

What we’ll explore

Through gentle, guided experiences, we’ll explore:

• Listening as a doorway to vocal discovery

• The sensation of vibration and resonance

• The relationship between sound and bodily awareness

• Greater ease and freedom in vocal expression

There is no need to prepare anything or have previous singing experience. Bring your curiosity, whether you use your voice professionally or simply want to get to know it better.
